Nose
A generous, fruity opening with notes of rich fruit compote, alongside soft nougat and sweet honeycomb. There’s a pleasant balance between the ripe fruit and creamy confectionery character.
Palate
Sweet and approachable, with heather honey coming through first, followed by fresh lemongrass and a touch of boiled sweets. The flavours are light but nicely layered, giving the whisky a bright, easy-drinking character.
Finish
Light and gently warming, with the sweetness lingering briefly before fading cleanly.
