Colour

Bright golden amber with warm honey tones and subtle coppery highlights.

Nose

Soft, inviting nose with sweet ripe pears, green apples and fresh-cut grass. Lively and vibrant, it reveals a delicate herbal edge and a background hint of camomile tea.

Palate

Clean fruit gives way to drier oak spice, with a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel that returns to the herbal notes first glimpsed on the nose.

Finish

Long, lingering and savoury, the finish carries characteristic Manzanilla salt accents, a refined maritime glow that lingers with a subtle echo of oak.

Glen Moray
(Glen-MOR-ay) Glen Moray was founded in 1897 in Elgin, when the old Elgin West Brewery was converted into a distillery, with the first spirit running on 13 September that year. After a short silent period during the First World War, production resumed and the distillery was later acquired by Macdonald & Muir, before passing to La Martiniquaise in 2008.
