Glen Moray Single Malts of Scotland Single Cask #5133 Whisky 10 Year Old · 2007 Vintage
In stock
A singe cask Glen Moray, aged 10 years and only 217 bottles were produced.
All Bourbon cask elements here, lots of vanilla and woody spice along with some tropical fruits on the nos like peach and stonefruits.
The palate has much more spice showing, ginger, nutmeg, oak and a little white fruit and apple underpinning it.
The finish is punchy (bottled at cask strength) and warming with oak and vanilla to end.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden straw with a warm honey glow and a faint amber edge.
Nose
Warm vanilla leads, framed by toasted oak and a whisper of woody spice. The aroma carries tropical stone fruits—ripe peach, apricot and plum—bright and sun-warmed, finishing in a creamy, bourbon-cask glow.
Palate
Spice-forward on the palate with ginger and nutmeg, bolstered by sturdy oak. Vanilla from the bourbon cask lingers, while a white-fruit and apple core provides a fresh underpinning that keeps the sip bright and balanced.
Finish
Punchy, cask-strength warmth lingers with bold oak and vanilla, a long, warming finale.
