Colour
Deep amber-gold with burnished copper edges and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Sherry-soaked aroma with dark plum, fig and raisin leading the bouquet, folded with orange zest, almond, and cocoa. Vanilla, toffee, and toasted oak lend warmth, while hints of nutmeg and clove add spice. Rich, mature, and impeccably inviting.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied palate with dark-fruit sweetness—figs, raisins, and sultanas—layered with burnt-sugar toffee and toasted almond. Sherry influence delivers orange zest, licorice, and baking spices (cinnamon, clove), balanced by velvety oak and a touch of cacao. Long, refined finish of dried fruit and spice.
Finish
Silky, enduring finish of dried fig and dark chocolate, unfolding with orange zest and nutmeg as sherried oak lingers softly, warming the palate long after the sip.
