Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a dusky mahogany edge, a warm, wine-rich glow that hints at years in sherry cask.
Nose
Dark, opulent sherry cues weave through dried fruits—prune, fig, raisin—with orange zest and cocoa nibs. Rich toffee and vanilla kiss polished oak, while walnut and cinnamon add quiet spice. A refined, satin-soft bouquet that hints at leather and tobacco, finishing with an elegant, contemplative finish.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, this sherry-kissed whisky coats the palate with dark cherry, dried fig, and prunes, threaded with toasted almond. Rich cocoa, caramel and orange zest bloom against polished oak, while baking spices—cinnamon and clove—linger into a long, velvety finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with velvety warmth that lingers. Dried fruit, dark chocolate and spice unfold gently, fading into toasted oak and a subtle sherry glow. Leather and old wood emerge briefly, leaving a refined, contemplative encore.
