Nose

Opulent sherry perfume blooms from the glass: sun-dried plums and raisins mingle with orchard fruits—ripe pear and green apple. Vanilla, honey and a whisper of toffee cloak creamy malt, while roasted almond and toasted oak lend depth. A warm flicker of spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers, finishing in a fragrant, waxy elegance.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, it coats the palate with rich sherry-soaked fruit—raisin, fig and apricot—balanced by cocoa, almond and toffee. A bright peppery spine with cinnamon and clove sparks the high ABV warmth, finishing long with dark chocolate, orange zest and subtle oak.

Finish

Decadent, long finish with sherried sweetness lingering over toasted oak. Dried fig and raisin meld with dark chocolate, while cinnamon and pepper spice weave through, leaving a warm, orange-zested glow that slowly fades.
