Colour
Luminous straw-gold with a honeyed warmth and a delicate amber halo.
Nose
Vanilla beans, crème brûlée and galette form a creamy, indulgent bouquet, opening to dried fig and apricot with a delicate hint of anise.
Palate
Mellow, smooth mouthfeel with malty, creamy flavors, then rye spice. With a splash of water, oat biscuits and red berries surface, brightening sweetness and balance.
Finish
Moderately woody with a very slight peat, keeping it crisp, then a delicate sweetness follows. The finish is complex and moderately long, with lingering hints of dried fruits.
