Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with warm honeyed notes and a touch of burnished copper.
Nose
An electric bouquet of tropical fruit—pineapple and mango—rises from the glass, braided with creamy vanilla buttercream. Mizunara lends incense, sandalwood and a delicate resin, while Oloroso sherry adds dried fruit and toffee. Bright, inviting and softly milky, the nose promises the whisky’s lush sweetness to come.
Palate
Bright tropical fruit sparkles on the palate, supported by a luscious buttercream sweetness and a lasting note of toffee. Creamy, almost milky, with gentle oak and subtle Mizunara spice weaving through the finish.
Finish
Lingering toffee sweetness gives way to a soft, milky finish, settling into creamy warmth that lingers.
