UNESCO World Heritage site Mt. Fuji is the cultural inspiration and the location of Mt. Fuji Distillery, which sits just 7.5 miles below the peak. Established in 1973, the distillery brings the best of Japanese craftsmanship with Scottish, American and Canadian technology under one roof. Mt. Fuji Distillery is the only distillery to use Mt. Fuji snowmelt water in all processes of production. This water travels a 50-year journey from the peak of the mountain to the distillery, making the water pure and soft.
Fuji (Single Blended) Japanese Whisky is the embodiment of Mt. Fuji Distillery's commitment and uniqueness in whisky making. This is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, all made at Mt. Fuji Distillery. Unlike most other distillers in the world, Mt. Fuji Distillery undertakes all the production processes on-site, from mashing to bottling, of both malt and grain whiskies.
Fuji Blended has a multi-layered flavour profile due to the interplay of both malt and grain whiskies; each aroma and flavour is vividly expressed in a well-balanced manner. A silky expression that's gently fruity and floral. A fine example of Japanese Whisky.

Delicately fruity, with notes of peach, apricot and orange liqueur, accented by honey and a whisper of oatmeal cookies.

Palate

Rich, smooth and mellow with a moderately silky texture. Delicate fruits, Williams pear, apple, apricot, white grapes, fruit tart, elegantly sweet with white flower honey.

Finish

A long, silky finish that lingers with elegant sweetness, fruity notes and a lush, rich depth.
