A blended Islay malt from the Elements of Islay range. Uisng a combination of malts from across Islay, this is a blend comprised of around 60 casks. Bottled at cask strength, with all the full-on coastal character you would expect from an island whisky, as well as balanced sweetness.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, burnished amber with coppery highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Fresh, sprightly barley entwined with peat smoke and bonfire embers. Bracing aromas of salty seaweed and seashells. A bright undercurrent of lemon, lime and grapefruit rises above earthy richness and a whisper of liquorice.
Palate
Warm, leathery palate with thick-cut bacon and seashore campfire smoke, balanced by roasted fruit—apple and lime with a hint of caster sugar. Layers of smoke entwine with dark-chocolate limes, softened by lemon oil and a touch of barbecue sauce, while roasted spices and barrel char deepen the peat-forward finish.
Finish
Sea spray and baked apple fade, yielding heavier smoke with notes of truffle salt and a touch of sweet spice.
