Produced in order to raise £400,000 in funds to go towards the protection of some Scotland's most iconic waterways. The rivers collection, of which the Tay is the final release, were originally released in 2012.
As with most Dalmores, this is a combination on American Oak casks and sherry casks. A very fruity nose of marmalade, lime and mandarines and a touch of spicy menthol. The palate is rich with notes of chocolate, coffee, toffee, caramel, candied orange and nuts. A long gentle finish.

Marmalade, lime and mandarines dominate the nose, bright and citrus-forward, with a refreshing kiss of spicy menthol.

Rich with chocolate, coffee, toffee, caramel, candied orange and nuts, the palate glides with depth and sweetness, finishing long and gentle.
Finish
A long, gentle finish that lingers with chocolate and toffee, a kiss of orange zest, and a soft, nutty warmth.
