Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished mahogany depth and a warm golden glow.
Nose
Aromas of sherry-soaked fruit, orange zest and vanilla cream rise from honeyed oak. Dried apricot and fig mingle with hazelnut, toffee and cocoa, while a whisper of cinnamon and baking-spice lingers.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with dark fruit—figs and raisins—brightened by orange zest, cocoa and caramel. Sherry influence lends warmth and sweetness, while vanilla and spice frame a long, elegant finish.
Finish
A long, warm finish with pronounced sherry influence: dried cherry and fig linger alongside cocoa and toasted oak, while spice nudges in with clove and cinnamon, finishing with a bright thread of orange zest and velvety chocolate.
