Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden with subtle amber edges.
Nose
Fresh apple and waxy citrus rise from the glass, with subtle oat biscuit notes. A whisper of coastal salt lingers, weaving a maritime sweetness that hints at Bourbon cask influence.
Palate
Silky, waxy texture with crisp green apple, citrus zest and oat biscuit sweetness. A coastal brine adds a saline lift, keeping the sweetness in check. Medium-bodied and creamy, the finish circles back to apple and biscuit with a delicate coastal echo.
Finish
Silky, medium-long finish where fresh apple and waxy citrus echo, giving way to a coastal, saline tang and a soft oat-biscuit sweetness that lingers with light oak warmth.
