Colour

Nose

Waxen citrus and honeyed barley lead the nose, lifted by vanilla and toasted oak. A sherry whisper lends dried fig, cocoa and praline, while subtle coastal brine and mineral brightness keep it buoyant. At 55% ABV, the aroma is concentrated, refined and inviting.

Palate

Luxuriously full and waxy on the palate, it unfurls citrus zest, orange marmalade and honeyed orchard fruit, with sherry-dark raisins adding depth. Rich toffee, almond and vanilla drift through silky oak as a saline, coastal lift threads through. A peppery, warming finish from its 55% ABV lingers long.

Finish

Long, refined finish of citrus zest and waxy sweetness, carried by coastal brine. Sherry-depth fruit, cocoa and spice unfold gracefully, while oak-spun warmth lingers. A mineral, sea-salted tail fades slowly, growing silkier and more integrated with time.
