Subtle almond and savoury coastal notes finish a fruity, fragrant, gently smoky bouquet.
Palate
Bright fruit on the palate—peach and citrus—lifted by a delicate floral note. A soft peat and maritime edge underpins candied Moscatel sweetness, honeyed and savory. Salty coastal hints linger into a long finish where fruit, bloom, and a whisper of smoke stay present.
Finish
Long, Moscatel-tinged and fruit-forward, the finish lingers with peach and sultana sweetness, a delicate floral lift and coastal peat, then fades into sea-salted, savory minerals for a warm, drying finale.
