A 2009 vintage from Parcel No.2 of Elixir Distillers' Reserve Cask series. Matured for 10 years in five hogsheads, this has aromas of coastal breeze, grilled lemons, rosewater and Highland Toffee are also on the nose. The palate offers notes of BBQ meats, caramel sauce and syrup.

Colour
Bright straw-gold with a delicate sunlit amber halo.
Nose
Coastal breeze and smoky, chargrilled lemons open the aroma, evolving into saltwater taffy with a delicate whisper of lily of the valley, all glimmering with rosewater and a touch of Highland Toffee.
Palate
Honey-glazed pork barbecued on charcoal leads to a smoky-sweet palate of caramel, maple syrup and caramel ice cream undertones, with a delicate rosewater floral lift.
Finish
A medium-to-long smoky-kindling finish, gently ashy with a sprinkling of white pepper and a layer of toffee sweetness.
