Colour
Golden amber with a sunlit honey glow.
Nose
Bright maritime peat and iodine rise from the glass, carried by a mineral sea breeze. Subtle tar and ash echo Islay's coast, while citrus zest and toasted barley lend lift to a refined, smoky aroma.
Palate
Briny peat, iodine and sea-salt pulse across the palate, with citrus zest and crisp apple notes brightening the mid-palate. A gentle vanilla sweetness from the refill-cask influence rounds the smoke, while mineral hints and a peppery spine give lift. Long, saline finish with coastal smoke.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with peat smoke, sea salt and mineral notes lingering, edged by a subtle sweetness that fades to a clean, dry whisper of iodine.
