Nose

Coastal peat smoke and brine rise from the glass, fused with iodine and a touch of ash. Rich sherry hints of fig and dried plum bloom into toffee and cocoa, while vanilla warmth threads through. Sea-salt, lemon zest, and a whisper of leather add depth, leaving a clean, mineral maritime finish.

Palate

On the palate, thunderous peat and maritime salt lash the senses, creamy and unyielding. Sherry-driven depth swirls with fig and raisin, brightened by citrus zest and vanilla. The 61.7% strength coats the mouth with warming, resinous smoke, mineral bite, and a lingering medicinal tang, finishing long with salty, cocoa-edged peat.

An enduring maritime finish of peat and sea spray, slowly wrapped in lush sherry fruit—figs, raisins and cocoa—ending in warm spice, gentle ash, and a lingering coastal salinity.
