Palate

Massive coastal peat coats the palate with iodine and sea-salt brine, edged by a waxy citrus note. At cask strength, the smoke is fruity and refined—caramelized orange, burnt sugar and cocoa nibs mingle with sun-warmed oak. Dried fruit, leather and a subtle peppery spice unfold gradually, leaving a long, mineral finish that lingers on the tongue.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of peated smoke that clings like sea spray, tempered by seasoned oak. Sherried sweetness threads through dried citrus and iodine, evolving into a resinous peat echo that lingers with mineral coastal warmth and a refined, dry finish.
