Cameronbridge Blind Summit Single Grain Scotch Whisky 30 Year Old · 1995 Vintage
In stock
Distilled at Cameronbridge on 9 November 1995 and matured for thirty years in a single refill bourbon hogshead.
This is Blind Summit's third grain release in just over two years, and their first from a bourbon barrel. They have been waiting for the spirit and cask felt fully integrated rather than bottling to a schedule. That moment feels like now. It’s in a great drinking window, so they've bottled it at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour.

Peach pastries with vanilla pod and a kiss of oak spice.

A long, gentle finish in which honeyed sweetness and herbal notes linger, fading slowly and cleanly to a refined, comforting warmth.
