Distilled at Strathclyde Distillery, this single grain was first distilled in September of 1991. Hand bottled in 2022 one of only 250 bottles.
Tasting notes:
The nose is redolent with barley sugar, lightly burnt butterscotch, honey and cereals. The palate is as sweet as expected, with red fruit jam plus later mixed spices. Catch vanilla custard on the finish, with maple syrup, double cream and a late gristy quality.

Palate
Sweet from the first sip, red fruit jam blooms, yielding to mingled spices mid-palate. Vanilla custard surfaces on the finish, trailing maple syrup and double cream, with a subtle late-gristy grain that lingers with velvety resilience.

Long, luxurious finish with vanilla custard and maple syrup, caressed by double cream, then a late grainy lift that lingers with creamy sweetness.
