Douglas Laing's "Xtra Old Particular" is a collection of some of the most rare single cask Scotch whiskies from some of Scotland's most acclaimed and celebrated distilleries, including some that are long-closed resulting in some truly exceptions, cask strength drams.
This 30 year old Bunnahabhain single malt whisky, bottled in 2020, is one of only 262 bottles aged exclusively in a refill Bourbon hogshead.

Colour
Bright golden straw with warm honey undertones and a pale amber edge.
Nose
A bright citrus bouquet greets the nose with fresh limes, lemon sherbets and pear drops, lively and inviting, with a delicate sweetness and a sun-warmed fruit glow.
Palate
Citrus fruits take the lead on the palate, complemented by sea-salt nuance and a touch of honey-glazed ham.
Finish
Sea salt lingers with burnt leather and toasted barley, finished by a warming ginger spice.
