Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a sunlit honey-gold glow.
Nose
Waxy, honeyed aromatics of vanilla, pear and almond paste rise with citrus zest. Sherry influence coats the nose with dried fig, raisin, orange marmalade and cocoa dust, all framed by elegant oak. At 56.5% ABV the aroma is concentrated, yet refined, unfolding into a warm, inviting perfume.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, this Cambus delivers vanilla, toffee and almond with a sherry-tinged sweetness. Rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—meet orange zest, cocoa and soft spice (cinnamon, clove) over polished oak. An oil-rich mouthfeel carries to a long, elegant finish where fruit and spice linger.
Finish
Silky, long finish coats the palate with creamy vanilla and toffee, unfolding into dried fruit and almond notes. A refined oak backbone carries a gentle sherry sweetness, leaving a warm, lingering glow.
