Golden amber with warm honey hues and a subtle bronze glow.

Nose

Elegant, soft and mellow, vanilla and caramel intertwine with orchard fruits and sweet pear drops, recalling toffee apples.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with mellow vanilla guiding a fruit-forward profile of dried fruits and citrus zest. A gentle spice note threads through, ending in a pleasantly lingering finish.

Finish

A medium-length finish, delicately lingering on the palate, leaving gentle vanilla sweetness with hints of dried fruit and citrus that softly fade.

Lindores
(lin-DORES) Lindores Abbey Distillery began producing spirit in 2017 at a site in Fife that is widely recognised as the spiritual home of Scotch whisky. Its importance goes back much further than the modern distillery itself: the abbey was founded in 1191, and the earliest written reference to Scotch whisky appears in the Exchequer Roll of 1494, when Friar John Cor was commissioned by King James IV to turn eight bolls of malt into aqua vitae.
