Silky and creamy on the palate, with honeyed orchard fruit, almond and toffee. Sherry-matured depth brings raisin, fig and orange zest, while delicate maritime salt and nutty notes weave through. Gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—emerges, leaving a warm, long finish that remains polished and refined.

Finish

A long, velvet finish of rich sherry sweetness, with dried fruits, orange zest, and toasted almond giving way to dark chocolate and caramel. A whisper of maritime salt lingers, carried by warm oak spice as the finish slowly fades.
