A single cask release under The Cooper's Choice independent bottler of a 15 year old Bunnahabhain aged in an Ex-Sherry cask.
Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and Non chill filtered and yielded only 360 bottles from a October 2001 distillation.
A non peated Islay malt from the islands most remote distillery with a more coastal than peat influence.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-tinged mahogany and a warm tawny glow.
Nose
Ex-sherry richness cushions dark plum and raisin, draped with toffee, maple and orange zest. Toasted almond and vanilla thread through the fruit, while a maritime breeze and a touch of sea salt linger in the background. Warm spices—cinnamon and clove—add depth, yielding a refined, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with sherry depth. Dried fig and raisin sweetness, punctuated by orange zest, burnt sugar and dark chocolate. Nutty almond and vanilla weave through a coastal brine and subtle oak. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice the finish, lingering with toffee, cocoa nibs and a refined sherry glow.
Finish
A long, coastal finish of rich sherry sweetness—ripe raisin and fig, dark chocolate and orange zest—folded with subtle caramel and oak. A gentle maritime salt lingers, with warming spice, fading to a soft, toasted-nut echo.
