Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights, deepening to a rich mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sherry-rich and velvet, this nose opens with dark cherry, fig, and burnt orange peel, folded into cocoa and toasted oak. A maritime thread sails through—briny sea air, iodine, and kelp—brightened by vanilla and almond. A subtle peat lift lingers, refined and inviting.
Palate
Silky and generous, the palate unveils a sherried core of fig and raisin, tempered by velvety oak. Dark chocolate, orange zest and toasted almond knit with a maritime whisper of salt. Full-bodied and refined, it delivers warm spice and a long, lingering finish that echoes with coastal sweetness and subtle maturity.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salt caramel, dark chocolate and dried fruit, underpinned by a sherry halo and gentle spice. Subtle peat fades to a velvety cocoa warmth, leaving a refined, mineral-edged afterglow that lingers gracefully.
