Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with warm honey tones and a subtle coppery edge.
Nose
Fruity on the nose—melon, apple, peach, strawberry, cranberry and pineapple—blend with perfumed pear and orange marmalade. Delicate rose petal notes drift above vanilla and soft malt, creating a bright, inviting bouquet with a kiss of sweetness.
Palate
Syrupy toffee sweetness coats the palate, mingling with soft fruits—melon, apple, peach, strawberry—before licorice and peppery spices emerge. A gentle oak backbone from American oak with a Rioja finish lends warmth and a polished, fruity depth that lingers.
Finish
Long, velvety finish where toffee sweetness persists, mingling with soft fruits. Licorice and peppery spice linger, carried by a gentle oak lift from the Rioja finish. A refined, lingering glow with subtle notes of vanilla and orange marmalade.
