Colour
Pale straw gold with a subtle sunlit glow.
Nose
Bright lemon zest and green apple rise above a soft bed of vanilla, toffee and almond. Subtle coastal brine and a whisper of oak lend a refined maritime sweetness, while faint sherry-fruit notes add depth and a gentle spice, inviting the senses to linger.
Palate
Silky and rich on the palate, with honeyed barley, vanilla and almonds. Bright citrus and orchard fruit unfold, balanced by sherry warmth of dried apricot and spice. A subtle coastal saltiness and light Islay peat weave through, finishing with cocoa, toffee and a gentle oak.
Finish
Long, coastal and refined, the finish carries a whisper of peat with sea-salt brine, lemon zest and orchard fruit, a touch of vanilla sweetness, and a warming, silky fade that lingers with mineral elegance.
