Bruichladdich Single Malts Of Scotland Director's Special Scotch Single Malt Whisky 30 Year Old
Out of stock
Only 218 bottles were produced from a single hogshead of Bruichladdich Single Malt Scotch Whisky, which was aged for more than 30 years. This Victorian distillery combines coastal character with the heather honey notes more often found in malts from the mainland, creating a well-balanced dram.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, honeyed amber with copper-gold shimmer and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sun-drenched garden aromas of elderflower, nettle cordial and honeysuckle mingle with an earthy undertone, while hints of gingerbread and light aniseed suggest the rich, full-bodied maturation to come.
Palate
Honey water with herbal lift flows across the palate, where tarragon and mint expand. A delicate spice and cake-batter coating settles on the tongue, while lemon and orange oils lift and balance the inherent sweetness.
Finish
Spice and elderflower weave through the final wave, as sweetness gradually fades. The finish lingers with refined warmth and a delicate citrus echo, quietly rounding the palate.
