Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark amber with copper-gold glints and a warm, natural hue.
Nose
An intricate bouquet of citrus and warm sweetness. Lime zest and orange lift the aroma, braided with caramel and toasted oak, while dried apricot, pipe tobacco, maple syrup, oak shavings, toasted hazelnuts and vanilla syrup weave through the fragrance, inviting closer inspection and quiet reverie.
Palate
Citrus zest opens the palate, followed by oak sweetness—maple syrup and warm honey. Walnut and toasted oak lend depth, while subtle wood spice threads through, delivering a silky, honeyed profile that lingers with refined warmth.
Finish
A gentle, lingering finish of sweet caramel and dried fruit, with sultanas, lemon drizzle cake, hazelnuts and milk chocolate. Soft and calming, with a subtle echo of oak and spice lingering on the palate.
