Tasting Notes
Colour
Luminous deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Opulent and poised, the nose unfurls with sherried richness—raisin and fig mingled with burnt orange, toffee and dark chocolate—over a bed of old oak. Subtle peat smoke and maritime brine lend a smoky, iodine spine, while almond, vanilla and nutmeg brighten the aroma, finishing with a refined, luxurious warmth.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate where aged sherry elevates dark raisin, fig and burnt sugar into rich chocolate and spice. Layered orange zest and polished oak carry a hint of sea air, with delicate nuttiness. The finish is long and refined, leaving a gentle warmth and quiet sweetness that lingers.
Finish
An exceptionally long, elegant finish that lingers with warm vanilla and refined oak, interwoven with sherried fruit and a whisper of coastal brine, fading to a dry, contemplative note.
