Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights.
Nose
Sherry-laden richness with a coastal lift: red-fruited depth, fig and orange zest mingle with polished oak and vanilla. A whisper of almond, cocoa and spice threads through sea-salt air, finishing in warm caramel and toffee.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with sun-kissed raisin and orange zest, with fig and honeyed apricot. Sherry wraps the fruit in warm spice—cinnamon, clove, almond—as dark chocolate notes and a trace of espresso emerge through the mid-palate. The finish lingers with smoke, soft tannins, and an oak-honey sweetness that leaves a balanced, comforting warmth.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of sherry-influenced sweetness—ripe raisin, fig and orange zest—melds with dark cocoa and toasted almond. A whisper of maritime smoke threads through oak spice, fading into velvety warmth and a final nutty echo.
