A coastal, salted brightness opens with green banana and lemon rind, mingling with new leather, kiwi and gooseberry, dill-pickled cucumber, and fennel, all wrapped in creamy vanillin oak.
Palate
Salted lime and chocolate cheesecake unfold on the palate, as grape and barley thread together in tight harmony, with green rhubarb, angelica, and a whisper of sour sweets.
Finish
Aniseed and lime curd lead into a salted, vegetal chorus—green tomato notes framed by herbal hints and white pepper, with a whisper of soot and coastal vanilla lingering on the tongue.
