Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark mahogany amber with copper-gold highlights.
Nose
Opulent, sherry-driven nose, rising with raisin and dried fig, hints of date and orange zest. Rich notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and burnt sugar weave through lacquered oak, while spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—adds warmth. Subtle leather and tobacco deepen the bouquet, with a whisper of maritime salt on a velvety, elegant finish.
Palate
Luxuriously velvety, the palate unfolds a deep sherried sweetness—dark plum, fig and raisin with orange zest, wrapped in toffee and dark chocolate. Spices rise in concert: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, lifted by toasted almond. Rich and full-bodied, the finish lingers with warm oak and a subtle leather note, echoing citrus zest and baking spices.
Finish
Luxurious, long finish with notes of rich dark chocolate, fig and plump raisin from the sherry influence, complemented by orange zest, roasted hazelnut and vanilla. A velvety wave of oak spice and a whisper of sea air bind to a warming, lasting fade that slowly lingers with refined elegance.
