The 5th release in the now legendary Black Arts series from Bruichladdich. A combination of multiple casks from the distillery's portfolio resulting in a stunningly complex and layered whisky.
A really rich nose that comprises sweet oak with sublime, rich fruits. There's stewed fruits, mangos, cherries and demerara sugar.
The palate is viscous and rich, really mouth coating with plenty of vanilla honeyed sweetness that's added to by rich tropical fruits, pineapple, lime and melon and a touch of red fruit to boot.
The finish is creamy and long with lighter stone fruits such as pear and elderflower on the end.

Colour
Dense amber with coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.
Nose
A really rich nose of sweet oak alongside sublime, ripe fruits. Stewed fruits mingle with mangos and cherries, layered with a whisper of demerara sugar.
Palate
Viscous and richly mouth-coating, it delivers vanilla-honey sweetness layered with tropical fruits—pineapple, lime and melon—with a kiss of red berries. The luxurious texture clings to the palate, evolving into a creamy, lingering impression.
Finish
Creamy and long, the finish coats the palate in velvet warmth, gradually fading to delicate pear and elderflower. An orchard-bright final echo that lingers with graceful finesse.
