Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a sunlit pale straw glow.
Nose
Salted honeycomb opens to briny sea air, a fishing-trawler memory of oily ropes and ozone. Smoked orange curd mingles with cashew and almond notes, while lavender and vanilla shortbread lend floral warmth. Whitecurrants shimmer beside toasted marshmallows, a seaside bonfire finish kissed by salt.
Palate
Salted cashews and sugared almonds lead the palate, laced with herbal honey and lavender, while delicate floral notes mingle with biscuit-like sweetness. A whisper of smoked vanilla sugar frames kumquat and orange oil, finishing with a bright, citrus-kissed lift.
Finish
Salt and white pepper fuel a coastal finish, leaving smoked vanilla shortbread and green fruit lingering. Pear and green fig mingle with anjelica, anise and lime curd, while cashew nuts provide a final nutty whisper.
