Tasting Notes
Nose
Salted honeycomb, hints of a fishing trawler (oily ropes & fishy sea breeze/ozone) smoked orange curd, hints of cashew or almond nuts, lavender, vanilla shortbread, whitecurrants, toasted marshmallows on a seaside bonfire.
Palate
Salted cashews, sugared almonds, herbal honey, lavender/floral notes, nice biscuits, smoked vanilla sugar, kumquat, orange oil.
Finish
Salt and white pepper, smoked vanilla shortbread, green fig, pear, anjelica, anise, lime curd, cashew nuts.
