Bowmore peat carries a maritime kiss—briny sea air and ash mingle with a rich sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin rise with orange zest, toffee, and cocoa, brushed by polished oak. A touch of leather and spice threads through, finishing with an elegant, coastal warmth.
Palate
Silken, full-bodied palate of smoked peat and sea-salt, opening to rich sherry-soaked notes of raisin, fig and dark chocolate. Subtle spice and orange zest lend lift, while the creamy texture carries a warm, long finish with coastal minerals and toasted oak.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with bold peat smoke, sea-salt caramel and a kiss of vanilla. The warmth lingers with mineral iodine, dark chocolate and toasted oak, tapering to a refined, ember-soft fade that invites the next sip.
