Colour
Deep amber-gold with warm honeyed tones and a subtle copper edge.
Nose
Orange blossom with a hint of honey, Parma violets and vanilla fudge mingle, supported by a light vinous edge.
Palate
Forthright and juicy on the palate, it unfurls into warm spice and creamy oak, with oily undertones and hints of mixed spice and cotton candy.
Finish
Long, warming finish with creamy oak and a lingering spice. The Monbazillac cask’s vinous sweetness rides through, mingled with orange blossom and vanilla, fading to a touch of oiliness and white pepper, with almond-spice echoes lingering softly.
