The ‘concept’ of the Concept 8 range is each premium batch of limited edition Whisky is selected from 3 Scottish distilleries, using 8 casks of Whisky from each distillery, all aged and matured for 8 years in Scotland.
Release 1 is a small batch of only 8 casks from the Blair Athol distillery. All casks were filled together in August 2012 into American Oak hogsheads. The Blair Athol distillery is situated in Pitlochry in the Scottish Highlands dating back to 1798.

Colour
Golden amber with a warm, sunlit honey glow and a subtle coppery edge.
Nose
Bright vanilla and creamy toffee lead the aroma, layered with ripe orchard fruit—apple and pear—twined with citrus zest. Subtle oak, gentle spice, and a whisper of almond give ballast to a honeyed, subtly malty backbone.
Palate
Silky and approachable, the palate opens with orchard fruit—pear and apple—woven with creamy vanilla and caramel from American oak. A gentle spice of white pepper and nutmeg evolves with toffee and almond, leading to a balanced finish that lingers with subtle oak and warmth.
Finish
Long and warming, with vanilla and toasted oak leading the finish. Subtle dried fruit and soft spice unfold, brightened by a citrus hint, then fade to a silky, balanced sweetness that lingers with refined elegance.
