Diageo do not release much of this rich and well balanced Speyside single malt as official bottlings and mostly available as independent releases.
Distilled on 8th December 1997 and aged for 20 years in a single refill hogshead.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit pale gold with a delicate straw hue.
Nose
Delicate apple turnovers mingle with fresh barley and sweet sugared candy notes from a pick-and-mix bag. Subtle liquorice and marzipan loom, unfolding into floral honey with a whisper of aromatic herbs.
Palate
Dry, austere at first; water unlocks iced Danish pastries and sugared almonds. Lemon barley squash and a Prosecco-like fizz rise, carried by vanilla oak, with hints of dark chocolate and ginger spice lingering on the finish.
Finish
Wine gums and marzipan mingle with dark chocolate for a confectionary finish. Green apple dusted with vanilla icing sugar lingers with barley sugar and pineapple chunks, leaving a bright, textural sweetness that gradually fades.
