The aromas instantly transport you to an afternoon tea - notes of custard slices, scones and carrot cake. The flavours are both sweet and savoury with notes of mixed nuts, black pepper, herbal sweets and red fruits. An overall sweetness on the finish, akin to toffee, with a hint of fresh oak and herbs.
