Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold, with a sunlit straw glow and a subtle honey sheen—a natural, unaltered colour true to its age.
Nose
Delicate, airy nose with citrus zest, green apple and pear gracefully stepping forward. Subtle vanilla and toffee mingle with almond biscuit, lifted by refined oak sweetness from 25 years in bourbon casks. A whisper of spice and faint floral notes add elegance, shaping a light, creamy, inviting aroma.
Palate
Silky and light on the palate, with citrus zest and green apple unfurling into velvety vanilla and almond. Honeyed sweetness threads through soft oak, delivering restrained spice and a whisper of toffee. The texture is creamy, with a refined, medium-long finish that carries delicate fruit and warm oak into the afterglow.
Finish
Long, refined and softly warming, with creamy vanilla and citrus zest giving way to restrained oak spice that lingers gracefully.
