This whisky sees Arran return to the style of some its earliest single malts, which were predominantly matured in sherry casks. The Bodega has spent time in some of the finest first-fill sherry hogsheads in the industry, originating from Jerez, Andalucía.
This luxurious, full-bodied dram achieves a beautiful balance between the substantial sherry cask and Arran’s subtle spirit.
Ripe dark fruits, hazelnuts, toasted oak and a touch of pink pepper make for a warming, elegant single malt. ABV 55.8% (Cask strength).

Colour
Luxuriously dark mahogany amber with molten copper reflections.
Nose
Opulent sherry-forward nose with ripe dark fruits—plum, fig, raisin—draped over toasted hazelnuts and polished oak. A delicate thread of pink pepper weaves through the richness, revealing the influence of first-fill sherry casks in a concentrated, elegant aroma.
Palate
Full-bodied and luxurious, the palate unfolds a rich sherried core with ripe dark fruits, hazelnuts and toasted oak. A kiss of pink pepper adds lift, while the texture stays velvety and warming, echoing the cask-strength intensity before a lingering, elegant finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish delivers rich dark fruits, roasted hazelnuts and toasted oak, with a lift of pink pepper and a lingering sherry glow that softly coats the palate.
