This whisky sees Arran return to the style of some its earliest single malts, which were predominantly matured in sherry casks. The Bodega has spent time in some of the finest first-fill sherry hogsheads in the industry, originating from Jerez, Andalucía.
This luxurious, full-bodied dram achieves a beautiful balance between the substantial sherry cask and Arran’s subtle spirit.
Ripe dark fruits, hazelnuts, toasted oak and a touch of pink pepper make for a warming, elegant single malt. ABV 55.8% (Cask strength).

Nose
Sherry-kissed aromas unfold with ripe dark fruits—plum, fig and raisin—bound to toasted hazelnuts and oak. A delicate touch of pink peppercorn adds refined spice, while hints of leather and cocoa deepen the warmth of this luxurious nose.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, this Bodega sherry-cask Arran pours with dark fruit richness—plums, figs, raisins—complemented by roasted hazelnuts and toasted oak. A refined sherry sweetness drapes the palate, lifted by pink pepper and a warming, cask-strength spine. The finish is long and luxurious, with spice, fruit and delicate nutty depth lingering.

Long, warming finish with sherry-drenched dark fruits, cocoa and toasted hazelnuts lingering. Pink pepper and toasted oak provide a resonant spice that softens into a silky, nutty fade, echoing the cask-strength richness.
