Nose
A fragrant tapestry of sweet warmth: brandy snaps and pancake batter mingle with crystallised ginger, nougat and smoked Manuka honey. Love hearts, satsuma peel and fresh orange juice brighten the nose, while a wisp of extinguished candle grounds the aroma.
Palate
Mouth cooling with fresh mint, it unveils creamy bread and butter pudding around ripe cooked peaches. Edinburgh rock sweetness, salted almonds and cookie dough mingle with a gentle ashy echo, leaving a soft, lingering warmth on the palate.
