Colour

Powerfully peated and sherried on the palate: charred oak, dark toffee, and dried fruits—raisins and prunes—meet orange zest and coffee as bold peat weaves through. Full-bodied and creamy, with warming spice and oak sweetness from oloroso. Long, resinous finish of cocoa, caramel, and smoke.

Finish

Long, warming and richly sherried, the finish unfolds with dark fruit sweetness—fig and raisin—beneath toffee and chocolate, lifted by a kiss of peat smoke and spice. Oak deepens, drying to a peppery glow that lingers into a softly smoky, enduring aftertaste.
