Nose

Piercing peat smoke and medicinal iodine rise from the glass, edged with sea-brine and tar. Sherry-soaked fruit—fig and raisin—dovetails with cocoa, roasted almond and vanilla, all wrapped in warm, charred wood. A citrus zest note keeps it electric and coastal.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with peat and iodine stepping through rich sherry-derived notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate. The high ABV coats the palate in warming spice and pepper, while coastal resin lingers, fading to a dry, oak-driven tail with a final whisper of salted caramel.
