Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery-bronze reflections and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Petrol peat smoke and medicinal iodine rise from the glass, braided with sea-salt air and a touch of ash. Rich sherry notes bring dark fruit, fig and cocoa, while vanilla and toffee mingle with leather and toasted wood. A coastal warmth lingers, leaving a final glow of caramel and smoke.
Palate
On the palate, dense medicinal peat and smoky embers mingle with sea-salt minerals. Rich notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and espresso unfold with toasted oak, waxy cacao, and a peppery bite. A velvety, oil-rich texture coats the mouth, leading to a long, warming finish of peat, ash and coastal sweetness.
Finish
Extremely long finish, peat smoke and maritime iodine linger like a coastal breeze, supported by brine and ash. Subtle dark chocolate and caramel emerge, weaving with vanilla and citrus zest as the warmth slowly fades to a refined, lasting echo.
