Nose
Intense peat smoke with medicinal iodine and sea spray. Tar and salt cling to the nostrils, while bright citrus zest threads through. Sherry-tinged oak adds vanilla warmth, with whispers of cocoa and coffee lingering on a coastal, smoky finish.
Palate
Powerful peat and smoke envelop the palate—iodine, sea-salt and charred peat mingle with citrus zest. Beneath lies creamy vanilla, toffee and a touch of dark chocolate, with espresso and spice. Long, warming finish; maritime minerals fade into peppery oak.
Finish
A long maritime finish of fierce peat smoke, medicinal iodine and sea salt, with a peppery bite and a soft drift of vanilla fading to a warm echo.
